CLIENT BACKGROUND
SAP Partner Exchange is the evolution of PartnerZONE, SAP’s training programme for its partner ecosystem. For the 2026 edition, the brief focused on partner marketing managers, with sessions also open to sales teams and specialists involved in webinars and customer presentations.
SAP and Digital360 worked with MLC to align the content and coordinate the online experience.

Connect AI with effective presentations. Give different professional roles a practical way to use AI in data storytelling.
Make the key message visible. Help participants simplify dense tables and charts, choose what matters and sustain their audience’s attention.

SOLUTION
MLC designed a programme of two live online workshops, scheduled for 10 and 17 September 2026. The journey connects AI, data storytelling and the way people perceive and remember information.
Explanations, visual examples and exercises bring data into a concrete presentation context: identify the message, make it visible and build a story around it.
Start with the audience. Define the decision a presentation needs to support before choosing charts or writing prompts.
Connect method and AI. Use context, methodology and prompting together, then evaluate the output.
Make learning practical. Combine examples and exercises with resources that participants can revisit after the workshop.
Effective AI-assisted presentations start with an understanding of what deserves the audience’s attention. Connecting storytelling with cognitive load, chunking and visual hierarchy provides a way to decide what to simplify and what to emphasize.
The guiding idea chosen by MLC for the event: “Data informs. A story persuades.”
MLC developed the programme, abstract and teaser in collaboration with SAP and Digital360. Preparation included technical rehearsals, coordination with the production team and the design of interactive exercises.
The materials include redesigning a slide of numbers, exploring visual attention with MLC Heatmap Generator and transforming a robotaxi business case into a six-scene narrative with AI.
The programme covers data storytelling, AI for data stories, data visualization and neuro data design. Supporting resources include the Lean Presentation Strategy Canvas, AI Prompting Checklist and MLC Prompting Formula.
RESULTS OF THE FIRST SESSION
4.89/5 average rating. In the questionnaire collected on 10 September 2026, 24 of 27 respondents awarded 5 and three awarded 4. This means 88.9% selected the highest rating.
Clear, engaging explanations. The comments highlight clarity, sustained attention and an accessible approach to the subject.
Specific learning. Participants mention having a story to tell, cognitive heatmaps, chunking and ways to give data greater impact.
The sample includes SAP and Digital360 representatives and describes questionnaire respondents, rather than total attendance. These results document satisfaction and perceived usefulness after the first session.
CONCLUSION
For SAP Partner Exchange, MLC brought together presentation methodology, AI and practical work on data communication. The first session’s feedback shows how this combination can engage a professional audience and encourage participants to apply what they learn.
The second workshop is scheduled for 17 September 2026. The results reported here refer to the first session only.
